Job Description Summary

We are currently seeking an Analyst. The successful candidate will focus on providing our clients with an in-depth range of valuation and advisory services. Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost, income, and direct sales comparison approach.
  • Writing and updating of various analytic reports, i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
  • Input and audit sales comparable data, such as lease, expense, rent comps and sales transactions.
  • Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
  • Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
  • To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
