Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Analog IC and Layout Consultant to lead and deliver advanced SOC analog/mixed-signal projects. You will drive designs from specification through sign-off, coordinating across architecture, RTL, verification, and backend P&R teams.

Collaborate with application engineers and silicon validation to ensure successful post-silicon analysis. The role requires hands-on leadership of analog/mixed-signal SOC projects, a proactive mindset, and a track record of multiple

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading analog and mixed-signal SOC projects.
• A proactive, visionary approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep expertise in SOC analog and mixed-signal design, including PLLs, clock distribution, and synchronization circuits.
• Proficiency in SPICE for analog simulations and COSIM for mixed-signal IP and system-level modelling.
• Experience collaborating with place and route teams.
• A proven track record of multiple ASIC tapeouts across various technology nodes.

Responsibilities

• Drive cutting-edge mixed-signal designs from specification through to sign-off.
• Lead end-to-end projects, from initial design to final GDS delivery.
• Collaborate across diverse teams, expanding expertise in architecture, RTL, verification, and backend P&R.
• Model IP and system-level COSIMs using analog, digital, and mixed-signal subblock.
• Work closely with application engineers and silicon validation teams for customer engagement and post-silicon analysis.
