Role: Associate Analog Design Engineer

As an entry‑level engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits. Working under experienced mentorship, you will learn and apply fundamental analog design principles while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a supportive environment focused on your growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing basic analog and mixed‑signal ICs, including sensor interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, active and passive filters, and power distribution systems.
  • Perform basic simulations and testing to validate design performance against specifications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for designs and test results.
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings to gain exposure to the full development process.
  • Support debugging and troubleshooting of analog circuit issues under supervision.
  • Focus on building fundamental knowledge of analog design concepts and methodologies.
Must Have Skills
  • Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and analysis (amplifiers, filters, data converters).
  • Foundational understanding of mixed‑signal IC design.
  • Basic proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE and Cadence Virtuoso.
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers).
  • Basic knowledge of CMOS technology principles and physical layout considerations.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; internship or project experience in analog/mixed‑signal design is a plus.
