Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations, project management, or compliance environment.
• Strong knowledge of business unit functions, procedures, and controls.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements including KYC and AML.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of process mapping and related software.
• Competency in Excel, including macros.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to improve business processes and procedures.
• Conduct analyses for effective AML/ATF/Sanctions procedures.
• Influence changes to enhance productivity without risk increase.
• Contribute to assessment and mitigation of ML/TF and Sanctions risks.
• Initiate and manage projects independently or within teams.
