Avon Maitland District School Board is seeking individuals for a Supply Educational Assistant role to support students with diverse needs in our schools. This casual/call-in assignment runs September to June with daily occasional and long-term possibilities.
Responsibilities include implementing Behaviour Management Systems, assisting with mobility and personal care, and maintaining confidentiality. A 2-year Educational Support Diploma or related experience is required, plus a Criminal Record

Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours of Work: Casual/Call-in basis, Monday - Friday, from September to June (10 months)
Daily Rate: $27.16 per hour + vacation pay as outlined in the OSSTF-ESSP Collective Agreement
Long-Term Assignment Rate: $28.11 per hour + vacation payas outlined in the OSSTF-ESSP Collective Agreement
Pension Plan : Defined pension plan through the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System ( OMERS )
