Employment: Full-time
Salary: $45,000-$55,000
Start Date: Sept 1, 2026

StandWithUs Canada is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and relationship-oriented Alumni and Mission Administrator to build and strengthen our national student-to-alumni leadership pipeline.

This position will play a critical role in ensuring that students remain engaged with StandWithUs Canada beyond individual programs, Fellowships/Internships, or educational missions. The Administrator will oversee alumni engagement, mentorship, leadership development, and mission-related logistics while building meaningful connections between Jewish students, allies, alumni, and the broader Jewish community.

A key component of the role will be providing dedicated capacity for third-party educational mission logistics, including coordinating with external mission providers and partners. This will allow StandWithUs Canada to maximize the impact of educational missions while reducing the administrative burden on existing staff and ensuring a consistent experience for participants.

The successful candidate will be both a strategic relationship-builder and an exceptional project manager who can turn a growing network of students and alumni into a sustainable national leadership community.

Key Responsibilities:
National Alumni Network
  • Build and maintain a national database of StandWithUs Canada alumni.
  • Develop and implement an annual alumni engagement strategy.
  • Organize national and regional alumni events.
  • Establish an alumni mentorship program connecting graduates with current students.
  • Create opportunities for alumni to serve as mentors, speakers, volunteers, ambassadors, and community leaders.
  • Develop alumni communications, newsletters, digital engagement, and networking opportunities.
  • Track alumni participation and measure engagement.

  • Coordinate logistics for StandWithUs Canada educational missions to Israel and other leadership experiences.
  • Serve as the primary StandWithUs Canada liaison with third-party mission providers and external partners.

  • Develop partnerships with Federations, synagogues, schools, community organizations, and other relevant partners.
  • Create opportunities for alumni and allies to engage in Jewish community life.
  • Help develop a sustainable pipeline of future volunteers, community leaders, donors, and Board members.
Event Coordination
  • Assist the Executive Director and Director of Digital Strategy in the planning and execution of events:
    • Major Fundraisers
    • Small Fundraisers
    • Community Education Events
    • Speaker Tours
  • Liaise with event committees and community volunteers to support event execution
  • Coordinate event logistics across departments
  • Manage communications with attendees before and after events
  • Track event budgets and revenue targets in collaboration with the Executive Director
  • Oversee post-event follow-up, including donor communications and reporting
Administration & Evaluation
  • Maintain accurate participant and alumni databases.
  • Track program participation and engagement.
  • Develop reports and metrics to evaluate the success of the leadership and alumni programs.
  • Manage program budgets and expenses in collaboration with the Executive Director.
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, travel, communications, and other program logistics.
  • Support grant reporting and funder updates related to the program.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young adults, university students, or alumni.
  • Experience with event coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
