Pursuit Collection – Jasper, AB $15.50 an hour – Part‑time (full‑time seasonal role, Spring/Summer 2026) Location: Jasper, AB.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate guests and tour groups in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
• Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and cash‑out forms.
• Provide table service, function service, hosting, food running, bartending, etc.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
• Stock and maintain product levels.
• Ensure correct cash and float security during operating hours.
• Attend and serve during buffet time (lunch) – bussing tables, restocking buffet line, and assisting the kitchen.
• Communicate with co‑workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excitement about living and working in a remote yet social environment.
• Previous guest service and cash handling experience (asset).
• Previous serving experience.
• Ability to handle stress in a professional manner.
• Current Alberta Pro Serve certification (required).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Guest‑service oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Ability to think on the fly and solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Second language a plus.
• Mature, energetic, dependable, and self‑motivated; enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must meet the organization’s grooming and appearance standards.
