Job summary

Fueling Brains Academies in Alberta is seeking a Program Implementation Specialist to bring our educational model to life across the campus, coaching teachers and strengthening instructional quality while supporting children's learning and development.

You'll work in classrooms, collaborate with campus leadership, and step in as Director designate when required, focusing on educator mastery, family engagement and visible, purposeful programming across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (BEd) and Alberta teaching certification are required.
• Strong knowledge of teaching, curriculum and child development.
• Experience supporting diverse developmental and learning needs.
• Confidence coaching, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to educators.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
• Interest in growing beyond the traditional classroom teacher role.

Responsibilities

• Become highly proficient in the Fueling Brains curriculum, programming and executive-function model.
• Coach and support teachers and assistants in delivering high-quality programming.
• Develop educators toward mastery of the Fueling Brains teaching model and certification.
• Help educators differentiate learning experiences based on children’s developmental needs.
• Strengthen curriculum implementation and ensure programming is visible and consistently delivered.
• Support children's learning, development, assessments and individual learning plans.
• Help elevate instructional quality and professional practice across the campus.
• Partner with families through parent-teacher conversations and events.
• Support campus tours and explain the Fueling Brains approach to families.
• Work with campus leadership and step in as Director designate when required.
• Remain connected to the classroom by supporting in ratio when needed.
