Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers.

• Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries and requests.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following safety protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight.

• Provide first aid and assistance to passengers when required.

• Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

• Professional grooming and presentation.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

• Good physical health and fitness to meet safety and operational requirements.

Experience

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule with shifts based on flight schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

• Average working hours: 8–10 hours per shift with adequate rest periods as per aviation guidelines.

• Knowledge of airline safety procedures and emergency response (training provided).
