Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with seating arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and demonstrate emergency procedures.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

• Handle passenger inquiries and provide high-quality customer service throughout the journey.

• Manage special requests, including assistance for elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors.

• Monitor the cabin to ensure safety and comfort standards are maintained.

• Respond promptly and calmly to any emergencies or unexpected situations.

• Coordinate with the flight deck and ground staff for smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
