Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience as a Counter Agent, with gradual increase in responsibilities.
  • Successful completion of all Training and Read and Signs.
  • A RAIC/ Security Clearance pass.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Customer Service agents.
  • Review flight logs to ensure all billable items are captured.
  • Track passenger counts for monthly airport submission.
  • Ensure all baggage deliveries have been completed.
  • Work positively with airline crew.
