Job summary

Execaire Aviation in Montreal, Canada is seeking an Aircraft Refueler to support Shell aero-centre operations with full ground handling and fueling duties.

Summary

Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, the fueler will provide customer service in support of the Shell aero-center.

Responsibilities

• Provide aircraft marshaling services as well as all aircraft ground services required, such as lavatory, water and electrical services and all other aircraft services that may be required.
• Provide aircraft fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
• Provide aircraft fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures
• Provide hangar movement services, aircraft towing and all other services required by our clients and/or sister companies (IMP group)
• Provide services to all current and potential clients and/or sister companies (IMP Group).
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in compliance with Shell and/or IAS standards.
• Ensure order and cleanliness of the FBO area, line service office and FBO equipment.
• Participate in and complete all training required by Shell or IAS, as well as recurrent training.
• Welcome and serve our customers to the highest standards.
• Other duties assigned based on operational requirements.
• This position requires a flexible work schedule as it is a 24/7 operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience
• Hold a Class 3 driver's license and maintain it throughout employment
• Meet Transport Canada (MOT) security requirements
• Candidate must obtain a radio operator certificate
• Experience in aircraft fueling is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills are an asset.
• Bilingual French/English
