A 5,5,4 rotation schedule consisting of day, afternoons and night shifts (shift bidding based on seniority)

Role Qualifications
Are you ready for your next adventure? Ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License required (M2 preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and/or endorsed on Boeing 737and / or 787 and / or Q400, or equivalent type of aircraft is preferred
- Proven technical aptitude with strong airframe, powerplant, and flight control experience required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (must hold a Canadian Passport or Permanent Residency and/or open work permit with PR card in process)
- Must be able to obtain Radio Licence within 6 months of employment
- The physical ability to lift 6 2 lbs and be able to sit, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions including temperature extremes, confined spaces, working at heights and in a noisy workspace
- Ability to maintain a positive fit test to wear all safety and protective equipment including (but not limited) to a respirator apparatus
- Flexibility to work shift work (night shifts, week ends and holidays) including overtime when necessary
- Must be able to travel for situations where base coverage and/or rescue trips are required
- Strong computer knowledge and skills using various Maintenance programs and Microsoft Office Applications
Conditions of Employment
- Obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) issued by Transport Canada
- Obtain and maintain Airside Vehicle Operators Permits (AVOP). Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and a clean driver’s abstract
- Pre-employment assessment to measure physical ability and fit for position including audiometric testing
- Clear police background and criminal record check
- Offers of employment are conditional on passing a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening test including Alcohol, Psychoactive Substances, Illicit Drugs and Cannabis
