Responsibility
- Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical systems
- Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems
- Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems
- Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports
- Perform and document routine maintenance
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years
- Certificates: AME «M» Licence – Aircraft
- Computer knowledge: MS Office
- Aircraft experience: small jet airplane, small piston airplane, small turboprops
- Mechanical maintenance specialization: Aircraft maintenance – general
- Work conditions: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Personal suitability: Accurate, reliability
