Shift time: 9 am - 5 pm (M-F) (Morning shift)

Evening Shift: 4 pm - 12 am and 5 pm - 1 am

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday

We are looking for an experienced Structural Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing structural components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled structural maintenance tasks.
• Inspect, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal structures and components.
• Document deviations and generate non-conformance reports in line with established procedures.
• Identify appropriate corrective actions for structural discrepancies.
• Perform modifications and a wide range of activities related to aircraft structures.
• Accurately document maintenance actions and complete required forms and reports.
• Estimate time and resources needed to resolve non-conformances and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for necessary materials and components.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics Maintenance, or Aircraft Structures from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on aircraft structures.
• Strong decision-making abilities, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Completion of position-related technical training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including reporting incidents and hazards according to internal protocols.
• Willingness to maintain and update professional qualifications and skills.
