Job summary

A leading aviation training company in Dorval is seeking a Courseware Content Specialist to develop and improve courseware materials. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 5 years' experience in aviation training, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include developing courseware, interpreting aviation data, and evaluating products post-testing. This role may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in specialty area, 3+ years as an instructor.
• Familiarity with Turbofan, Turboprop, and Turboshaft engines.
• Airframe and Powerplant license or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of technical aspects of aircraft engines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements new courseware.
• Interprets aviation data for content development.
• Constructs courseware in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Supports regulatory evaluations including OEM reviews.
• Evaluates products/devices and obtains feedback.
