The role requires strong experience in program/configuration management, bilingual English/French, and the ability to lead configuration reviews and governance while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business management.
- 8+ years of experience in program/configuration management, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Skilled in product configuration and change management.
- Strong project management and multi-project prioritization.
- Advanced English and French language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead program configuration management projects and governance.
- Establish and communicate aircraft target configuration.
- Guard target configuration rules and block effects.
- Coordinate cross-functional configuration blocks and reviews.
- Collaborate with Change and Baseline Management teams.
