We are seeking a strategic and driven AI Solutions Specialist to join our national sales team. This role is focused on enabling customer transformation through the commercialization of advanced AI infrastructure and services within the Bell AI Fabric ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for selling a portfolio that includes AI‑powered SaaS applications, AI inference, training, and tuning services, and a mix of defined enterprise products and custom solutions for strategic clients.

Bell is working with a growing list of industry leaders to deliver full‑stack AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of Canadian organizations. This role is a high‑impact position that requires deep understanding of AI technologies, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and the confidence to lead complex engagements across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales engagements for AI infrastructure and services, including SaaS, inference, training, and tuning.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Bell’s AI Fabric roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design and present tailored AI solutions.
  • Educate clients on the value of sovereign AI infrastructure and its impact on business outcomes.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of AI trends, competitive landscape, and partner capabilities.
  • Support RFP responses, solution architecture discussions, and executive briefings.
  • Strengthen long‑term client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their AI capabilities within the Bell AI Fabric ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to align AI solution strategies with client roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Drive client enablement by introducing emerging AI technologies and best practices that align with their digital transformation goals.
Critical Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or related technology
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Proven track record of driving complex solution sales and managing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AI workloads, data center infrastructure, and cloud‑native technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

All team members are expected to reside in Canada and within a reasonable commuting distance from their work location to ensure that they are able to come to the office as required, whether the visit is planned or unplanned.
