Job summary

BrokerLink is seeking an AI Developer II to design, build, test, and deploy AI‑powered applications and workflows. You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and intelligent document processing to deliver enterprise solutions.

You’ll collaborate with business teams to automate processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and APIs, while shaping CI/CD practices and AI orchestration strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, automation, or AI‑enabled solutions development.
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI‑powered apps, services, and workflows.
• Develop solutions with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration.
• Create reusable AI components, prompts, and integrations for multiple use cases.
• Partner with business teams to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
