About this role

We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Solutions Assistant to join our Head office.

In this role, you will support the development, deployment, and optimization of AI tools and solutions across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments to drive impactful change and be part of shaping the future of AI at Houle.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and documenting pilot AI initiatives, including coordinating activities and gathering feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document knowledge for training AI systems and help test AI agents and solutions before deployment
• Act as the first point of contact for AI-related issues and coordinate with IT for technical resolutions
• Administer licenses for CoPilot and other AI tools, handling approvals, renewals, and user engagement
• Help conduct regular audits and performance monitoring of AI systems, reporting findings and insights
• Proactively collect and analyze user input to inform improvements and evaluate AI solution effectiveness

Your experience and skills

• Completed or currently enrolled in a Computing Science, Data Science, Business, or a related degree program, with relevant experience in AI applications
• Solid understanding of AI tools and concepts, including Microsoft CoPilot, CoPilot Studio, ChatGPT, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience building custom GPTs or AI Assistants
• Keen interest in AI innovation and a proactive approach to learning emerging technologies
• Familiarity with data analysis, dashboard monitoring, or performance reporting
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks
