Job summary

Altis Technology seeks a senior enterprise AI architect to design scalable AI solutions and help build a new AI capability. You’ll work with product, engineering, data, security, and business leaders to align strategy with practical, production-ready architectures.

You’ll lead GenAI, RAG, and analytics initiatives while guiding architecture standards, governance, and secure deployment across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, AI, data, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions into production.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, agent-based workflows, MLOps, and AI solution architecture.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, wealth management, or heavily regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise AI solution architectures that align business objectives with scalable, secure, and governed technology solutions.
• Remain deeply involved in solution delivery, creating architecture designs and guiding implementation.
• Define architecture patterns for GenAI, RAG, agent-based AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps, technology decisions, and standards.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, integration patterns, and AI governance practices.
• Champion responsible AI, security, resiliency, and operational excellence throughout the lifecycle.

About the Opportunity

An established global financial services organization is investing in the future of enterprise AI and is looking for a senior technical leader to help shape that journey. Reporting to the VP of AI Product, you will play a foundational role in designing and delivering scalable AI solutions that move from concept to production, while helping build a high-performing AI function from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing enterprise-wide AI strategy. You'll work closely with product, engineering, data, security, and business leaders to architect innovative solutions that support advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI, and intelligent automation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, AI, data, or related technology leadership roles
• Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions into production environments
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
• Strong knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows, MLOps, and AI solution architecture
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, wealth management, or another highly regulated industry
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast- paced, evolving environments where building while delivering is part of the journey
