Job summary

Mobility is seeking an AI/ML risk-focused professional to maintain the organization’s AI risk taxonomy and assessment methodology, covering safety, fairness, reliability, explainability, robustness, and harmful output risks. You will develop rubrics and templates to standardize risk documentation and evaluation across projects.

You will support teams in applying the framework, conduct periodic independent risk audits, and coordinate with Cybersecurity on red-teaming efforts, ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML risk management, model risk management, technology risk, or related analytical function.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and legislation (NIST RMF, ISO 42001/23053, EU AI Act).
• Understanding of safety, fairness, reliability, explainability, and robustness in AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains AI risk taxonomy and assessment method used across projects.
• Develops risk evaluation rubrics for bias, fairness, explainability, drift and harmful outputs.
• Creates and maintains templates for risk documentation (model cards, risk assessments, impact analyses).
• Supports teams in applying risk framework and escalates high-risk deployments.
• Executes periodic independent risk audits to verify compliance with standards.
• Supports red-teaming and adversarial testing coordination with Cybersecurity.
