Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write precise explanations about what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You can work from home, travel, and earn up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Remote, flexible hours and access to leading LLMs are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Writing explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mis-match.
