Job summary

Workada is seeking a detail-oriented evaluator to assess AI-generated outputs across text, images, video, and documents against clear criteria. You will identify errors, document findings, and provide concise explanations that support improvement of systems.

Strong writing, critical thinking, and the ability to follow complex guidelines are essential. Ideal candidates have experience in evaluation, UI/UX or editorial work, and can communicate judgments with clarity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models, text, images, video and documents against detailed criteria.
• Identify errors and inconsistencies and document findings clearly.
• Provide well-reasoned, step-by-step justifications for judgments.
• Follow detailed written guidelines to ensure consistency across evaluations.
