Job summary

OpenRoad Auto Group Limited is seeking a Product Developer to design and build modern applications spanning Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales, and Service. You will work on AI-powered features, secure APIs, and cross-system integrations in a fast-paced IT environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, development teams, and business units to deliver impactful solutions across Canada. A strong foundation in full-stack development is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Software development/engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development and/or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building enterprise applications using React and Next.js.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js/.NET/C#, Python or similar.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and AI-powered development practices is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered apps using LLMs and cloud platforms (Azure, OpenAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and Azure AD Entra ID is desirable.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) and SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong SQL and relational DB knowledge; experience in Azure/M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications from frontend to backend.
• Build applications and integrations within Microsoft/Azure tenant environments.
• Develop AI-powered features and integrate into dealership workflows.
• Create secure APIs and integrate with DMS, CRM, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, reliability, and security.
