Our client, a leading fashion importer, is looking for a talented AI / Photo Retouch Graphic Artist to join their team!

Responsibilities

Our client is using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks to help their graphics team work faster and more efficiently. They are looking for someone with experience using AI to help generate ideas, create layouts, retouch photos and to automate tasks such as background removal and image resizing.

Graphic Design

• Developing creative concepts and ideas for various design projects.
• Designing AOPs, placement layouts and other visual elements for different collections.
• Website maintenance

Branding

• Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity for each brand.
• Creation of trims (logos, hangtags, labels, etc.) that is functional with garment.
• Communication with overseas factory on branding comments (quality, colour, size, etc)
• Working closely with Production to ensure adequate costing.
• Layout design for printed materials, posters, store POPs....
• Selecting and using appropriate fonts and typography to enhance design projects.

Artwork Production

• Preparing files for print and ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Working closely with each designer to ensure artwork is workable with garment (sewing way, size, placement, etc.)
• Identify printing technic (water base, HD, digital, 1way, 2way, etc.)

Image Editing

Software

• Proficient in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Open to use AI applications to aid in branding storytelling.

Adaptability and Management

• Being flexible and able to adapt to changing design requirements.
• Solving design challenges and finding solutions.
• Meeting project deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
