Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models and assess how well each exchange matches prompts, then explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Roles involve comparing AI-generated images and videos, spotting issues like distortions or misalignment, and rating outputs across multiple criteria.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of the observations.
