Job summary

Talk2Apply, Inc. is seeking a motivated intern to help improve how recruitment content is discovered and understood through AI-assisted search and traditional search.

You will collaborate with leadership to craft concise, answer-first content for recruitment and student enrollment audiences. You will update website sections, work with structured data, and test changes, documenting results to show measurable improvements in visibility, clarity, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Interest in AI search, GEO, search optimization, and digital content.
• Ability to research topics, organize findings, and write clear, accurate English content.
• Comfort learning new AI and web tools and completing hands-on tasks with guidance.
• Ability to work remotely from India or Canada and collaborate with a small team.

• Research user questions and create concise, answer-first content for recruitment and student enrollment audiences.

The opportunity

Help improve how people discover, understand, and engage with Talk2Apply across AI-assisted search, content, and web experiences.

What you will do

• Review how Talk2Apply pages and content appear in AI-assisted search and traditional search, documenting opportunities for improvement.
• Research relevant user questions and create concise, answer-first content for recruitment and student enrollment audiences.
• Help assemble and update website and landing-page sections alongside the founder and technical leadership.
• Assist with structured content and schema markup, testing changes and documenting results.
• Track findings and recommend practical improvements to discoverability, clarity, and conversion.
• Compare how recruitment and enrollment buyers phrase questions in Google and AI assistants; turn that research into specific content recommendations.
• Check live pages for accuracy, internal linking, crawlable answer sections, and appropriate schema opportunities before proposing changes.

What you bring

• Interest in AI search, generative engine optimization (GEO), search optimization, and digital content.
• Ability to research topics, organize findings, and write clear, accurate English content.

Helpful, but not required

• Exposure to SEO, AI search experiences, or content audits through coursework, projects, or prior work.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, landing-page builders, structured data, or schema markup.
• Experience using analytics or webmaster tools to assess content performance.

What success looks like

• Maintain a prioritized research log of AI answer visibility, citations, competitor mentions, and opportunities for stronger source content.
• Deliver publish-ready drafts or clearly scoped updates to selected website pages, FAQs, or structured content, with review from the team.
• Document changes, baseline observations, and subsequent results so the team can distinguish measured improvements from assumptions.
