Who we're looking for:

We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead the implementation of our AI Risk Governance Program. You will bring a strong foundation in model risk management, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to design and operationalize risk frameworks that are both effective and efficient. You thrive in cross-functional environments, can translate complex technical risks into business-relevant insights, and have a proven track record of engaging teams and stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the policies, processes, frameworks, and controls required to support the AI Risk Governance Program.
  • Conduct AI risk assessments on projects, validate findings with members of the AI Risk Committee, and prepare risk reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage AI compliance processes to ensure alignment with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and update governance frameworks accordingly.
  • Execute the AI Risk Governance Program strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications
  • Experience in model risk management and familiarity with responsible AI practices.
  • Skills in control design and audit readiness.
  • Ability to operationalize risk processes efficiently, with minimal overhead.
  • Solid understanding of AI risk frameworks such as NIST RMF, ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act.
  • Expertise in governance and risk management.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical AI risks into clear business language.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience as a project manager or coordinator preferred.
