Job summary

Jobgether with a partner company seeks an AI Engineer (Agentic Systems) based in Canada. You will design and deploy agentic AI systems, focusing on orchestration, memory, and tooling, using Python to build production-ready solutions.

You'll translate cutting-edge research into practical prototypes, collaborate with data scientists, and own the implementation from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment that values ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Experience architecting complex agentic systems with orchestration, memory, and state management.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of ML, DL, statistics, and optimization.
• Experience designing, training, evaluating, and improving ML models.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, reliability, and scalable infra.
• Ability to translate cutting-edge research into working prototypes.
• Nice to have: knowledge of data privacy, permission-aware AI systems, and secure AI architecture.

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, statistics, and optimization.

• Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, system reliability, and scalable infrastructure.
• Ability to rapidly translate cutting-edge research into working prototypes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong product instincts, and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
