Overview

Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is about making work easier for Resmedians. Empowering effective technology use whilefocusing on transforming support from reactive problem-solving into proactive coaching, adoption enablement, and workflow optimization. We work to bridge the gap between Engineering, Support and empowerment of all Resmedians.

The AI Enablement role will be responsible for building, supporting, and enhancing the growth of AI usage in the context of individual productivity. This role acts as the bridge between governance, training, and platform teams to make sure AI is not just available, but trusted, scalable, useful, and embedded into everyday workflows. Think Technical Support for AI, but so much more!

You’ll be the hands-on builder helping Resmed employees develop agents, workflows, and custom GPTs that make work smarter, faster, and safer. You will work directly with end users to understand use cases, provide guidance or technical support, focus on AI ticket support via myITServices, work closely with the AI Governance Group to ensure you have a strong understanding of Resmed’s strategic direction for AI and support the Transformation & Adoption team in education sessions or communication requirements.

This role will focus on all Individual Productivity solutions as we progress our ongoing AI journey. You are the intersection of technology, compliance, and user experience.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Work with Resmed team members to support design, development, and deployment of custom copilots, chatbots, and GPT-based assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform within the framework of Resmed’s best practices.

  • Integrate new requests for Teams Apps and maintain secure, compliant AI integrations with all Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Identify access permissions via Azure AD as they come inm request DWP support if needed.

  • Develop and deploy Granular permission with ChatGPT via Groups.

  • Help pilot and support any AI-enhanced workflows for business teams and scale successful use cases as needed.

  • Fine-tuning prompts and grounding for agents with data stored in Resmed’s ecosystem.

  • Continuously test and refine AI solutions to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Support Entra App Registration and provide least privilege and access.

  • Manage and resolve incoming support request through the myITServices queue.

  • Identify if/when an AI sandbox is required for testing, and support usage.

  • Ensure teams integrations and workflows are meeting technical standards, deployment patterns, and documentation for AI-related infrastructure.

  • Build and own hygiene of AI environment. Understand what we have built in our environment, what are the retention/deletion policies and build automation to support.

  • Ensure all solutions meet Resmed’s security, privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements.

  • Support internal communications and enablement sessions, sharing best practices and lessons learned.

  • Participate in AI working groups and platform councils to shape enterprise strategy.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, FAQs, and AI community forums.

  • Review and evaluate emerging AI capabilities that will fall within the Individual Productivity scope. (e.g., new Azure AI features, Copilot plug-ins, third-party tools).

  • Work with AIGG to champion a responsible, innovative AI culture across Resmed, helping employees explore safely and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 4+ years progressive IT support, escalation handling, technical support, and incident resolution, with a shift into learning AI tools and adoption.

  • Solid foundation in AI tools, workflows, and ability to help navigation of usage.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (flows, connectors, integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Experience with or strong want to enhance knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Connectors, and OpenAI, deployment, monitoring, permissioning.

  • Solid foundation in MS Graph permissions and authorization.

  • Understand concept of Entra app registration and RSC permission (Resource Specific Content), as well as application delegation.

  • Understanding of Governance and Purview, with the ability to provide access support and visibility to Privacy, Internal Audit, and GRC Risk teams.

  • A strong want to help and empower end users in their AI journey, understanding that they are also learning.

  • High comfort level in working with and supporting all levels of the business and presenting globally.

  • High learning agility to dig into new technology and ideas as they are presented to the business.

  • Must be able to thrive in an environment where an emphasis on quick decision-making and multitasking is key.

  • Knowledge of MCP’s would be great and is an asset.
