Responsibilities

• Collaborate with test teams to identify and scale automation and observability solutions.
• Explore and prototype AI/ML use cases for test scheduling, selection, and analysis.
• Represent the test organization across feature teams to align strategies and share insights.
• Integrate AI enhancements into existing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-team knowledge sharing and adoption of innovative tools.
• Align test strategies with system engineering requirements and field feedback.

Skills

Strong background in test automation (preferably Python)

Familiarity with telecom/optical networking hardware and software testing

Experience or strong interest in AI/ML applications in testing and automation

Excellent cross-team communication and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Tools

CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
