Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least one year of related experience.
• Demonstrates strong programming skills and ability to work with ML/AI methods.
• Experience with analysis of neuroimaging MRI data desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees machine-learning, AI and statistical methods on research datasets using detailed specs.
• Performs data preparation, quality control and feature extraction for large-scale studies.
• Integrates multimodal datasets and ensures data compatibility for analysis pipelines.
• Runs and maintains computational workflows on local and HPC systems; addresses routine issues.
• Provides first-level technical support for computational workflows and systems.
• Maintains clear documentation of code, procedures, software versions and outputs.
