Obsidian is hiring a Junior Investment Analyst to support an AI Lab focused on financial intelligence systems. You will conduct equity and macroeconomic research and help analyze earnings reports while ensuring the accuracy of AI outputs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of financial statements, and excels at communication. Flexible working hours (10–20 hrs/week) allow for a collaborative environment with leading investors and researchers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or buy-side roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with financial modeling.

Responsibilities
