Euna Solutions is seeking an AI Developer to build AI-powered features and agents within our product. You will work with senior engineers to move prototypes to secure production releases and expand your expertise across the AI development lifecycle.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an AI Developer to build AI-powered features and AI agents within our product. You'll work closely with senior engineers to take AI agents from prototype to secure, production-grade release, and grow your expertise across the full lifecycle of applied AI development.

This is a hands-on role for someone eager to build real AI capabilities that ship to customers, with the support of a team that values rigor, security, and steady growth.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered features and AI agents embedded in our product, working from design through implementation and testing.
• Deploy and support AI agents in secure production environments, following established practices for authentication, data handling, and observability.
• Build and maintain AI tooling and integrations, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, that connect product features to internal services, APIs, and data sources.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into functional, secure AI-powered features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices for AI agent development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of professional software development experience with strong programming fundamentals, including proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience developing AI agents, including taking them from prototype toward production deployment.
• Experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and applying prompt engineering and LLM application patterns.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks, plus experience with APIs, webhooks, and service integrations.
• Working understanding of secure production deployment practices, including authentication, data protection, and observability.
• Experience with AI-DLC (AI Development Life Cycle) or similar structured approaches to AI development is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Express, or similar web frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Compensation Range
