RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a French (Quebec) speech data collection project in Montreal, Canada. You will record spontaneous speech from real-life scenarios and annotate metadata to help evaluate and improve speech-enabled AI models.

Participants will work on short tasks including single and two-person conversations, with attention to pronunciation, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines. Training and quality checks will be provided.

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in French (Quebec)
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions
• Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own
• Strong attention to detail when providing annotations and recording metadata
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions

We are looking for AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a French (Quebec) speech data collection project and help support the evaluation and development of the next generation of AI technologies. This short project offers an opportunity to evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI technologies by providing spontaneous speech collected from real-life situations. The collected recordings, annotations, and related metadata will be used to evaluate the spontaneous speech capabilities of speech-enabled AI models. The compiled data may be reviewed for quality and incorporated into datasets used for research, development, testing, and improvement of AI systems.

Pay: USD 16 per hour

Requirements

• Authentic pronunciation and strong familiarity with the target language through everyday use.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.

• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.

Preferred

Preferred: Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage, but not required.
