About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI / Co-Pilot Specialist to support large-scale Microsoft 365 and AI platform modernization initiatives for our public sector clients. This role will focus on the deployment, customization, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot , integrating generative AI into enterprise workflows to enhance collaboration, knowledge management, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Microsoft 365 environments with strong business analysis, user experience, and governance awareness to ensure responsible and secure AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot features across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify AI integration use cases and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, document, and maintain governance frameworks for AI tool adoption within Microsoft 365.
  • Develop and deliver user enablement, training, and communication materials.
  • Integrate Co-Pilot with existing enterprise systems while ensuring data privacy, compliance, and security standards .
  • Partner with change management teams to drive adoption and mitigate user resistance.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform administration and integration .
  • Hands-on experience deploying or customizing Microsoft Co-Pilot or similar AI productivity tools .
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance in AI environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Certifications : Microsoft Certified : AI Engineer Associate / Power Platform Solution Architect / Security, Compliance & Identity .
  • Experience with large-scale modernization programs in public sector or enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as PROSCI / ADKAR.
