  • Draft prompt patterns and evaluation criteria; tune for quality and cost; document responsible use considerations.
  • Evaluate tactical vs. strategic use cases for AI and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Integrate data from various sources including Databricks, SAP, and Excel.
  • Design semantic models (star/snowflake), build performant datasets (Power Query/M), author DAX measures, and publish governed reports/dashboards to the Power BI Service.
  • Implement RLS/OLS, certify datasets, and apply governance standards (naming, lineage, sensitivity labels).
  • Source and prepare data from systems like SQL, SharePoint/OneDrive, Dataverse, ERP/CRM, or data lake (e.g., Microsoft Fabric/Azure Synapse). Collaborate with data engineers on pipelines and data quality.
  • Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and tell a story of the results.
  • Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action/resolution.
  • Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as required.
