VML seeks an AI Art Director / Creative Specialist to produce high-quality AI visuals for campaigns. You will work with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to generate on-brand images and video clips using WPP Open and external tools.

Ideal candidates have a strong design eye, experience with iterative prompting, and a portfolio showing continuity across frames. Hybrid work setup in a Toronto area office is offered, with accommodations discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to select premium AI outputs.
• Experience with iterative prompting and model parameter control.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI image/video generation and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Generate on-brand visuals for pitches and campaigns with Art Directors and Creative Directors.
• Apply disciplined generation techniques to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Maintain lighting, style, color, characters, and objects across multi-asset campaigns.
• Collaborate with studio designers, video editors, and directors to produce assets.
• Create visuals to support client decks and presentations.
• Experiment with new tools and models to improve output quality.
