Qualifications

  • Entry level new grads to 2 years of experience.
  • Experience working in a development team, using collaboration toolset that includes source control, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test various real time video analytics applications on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform.
  • Develop various frameworks in the Android OS to facilitate post-processing algorithms on the DSP.
  • Support customers (internal and external) as the application developer.
  • Follow strong software development practices.

Skills

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
Key Responsibilities

The candidate will work as an embedded software engineer and will develop and test various real time video analytics applications on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform. This includes the development of various frameworks in the Android OS to facilitate post-processing algorithms on the DSP.

As the developer of the application the candidate will also be responsible for supporting customers (internal as well as external).

The candidate should be able to read abstract problem definitions, define problem statements, design and ensure that goals of our end users and technology are met. The candidate is expected to follow strong SW development practices and processes.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
