• Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI.
• Partner with Operations business partners, product owners, and technology partners.
• Communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders, verbally and in writing.
• Support AI-enabled use cases to improve efficiency and colleague productivity.
• Apply forecasting techniques for workforce management and capacity planning.
