• 5+ years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related implementations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as project manager or scrum leader.
• Certified Salesforce Admin + Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader for customers in defining use cases.
• Transition customers from sales process to project delivery.
• Plan and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.
