Job summary

MCI is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design and develop intelligent autonomous agents that automate complex business processes and orchestrate workflows. You will design, implement, and optimize multi-step agent workflows while integrating with enterprise systems and APIs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, 3+ years of AI or software development, and a solid understanding of AI agent architecture and APIs.
