Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent

We are seeking a self‑motivated and knowledgeable Agro­nomy Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role provides agronomic support, identifies customer needs, and delivers crop input solutions that drive farm success. The ideal candidate has a passion for agriculture, strong communication skills, and a desire to work directly with producers in the field.

Primary Duties

• Provide expert agronomic advice to customers regarding crop production and management.
• Introduce company offerings to new prospects and build lasting relationships.
• Assist in developing tailored solutions for farmers to improve yield and sustainability.
• Stay updated on the latest agricultural trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct field visits to assess crop conditions and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote agronomic products and services.
• Educate customers on proper product usage and application techniques.
• Assist with product delivery, ordering, and logistics coordination as required.
