Job Overview :

Reporting to the Department Manager you'll be involved in :

• Be the final customer service experience for our members as they complete their shopping through prompt and accurate checkout at the till while accepting multiple methods of payment
• Stocking and facing checkout merchandise as required
• Keeping sales floor organized and clean
• Be dependable for all scheduled shifts and perform cash out procedures
• Maintain a neat clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
• Assisting and helping co‑ordinate the sale of Agricultural products ensuring that it is done in an efficient safe and cost‑effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
• Work co‑operatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole store
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives

What You Bring :

• Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service Agricultural products point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset
• An understanding of feed and farm is considered an asset
• Must be able to lift 50lbs as required
• Adaptable organized efficient and committed
• Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
