Job summary

Redhead Equipment in Swift Current is seeking an Agriculture Equipment Service Technician (Mechanic) to join our service shop team. You will inspect, diagnose, repair and service agricultural, construction and trucking equipment.

Level 3 or 4 Apprentices will be considered, or candidates with similar dealership experience. The role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship trade training in Agricultural Equipment or related field is preferred.
• Journeyperson certificates such as welding or millwright are an asset.
• Mechanical and/or computerized diagnostic skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electric schematics.

Our branch in Swift Current has a career opportunity available for an Agriculture Equipment Service Technician (Mechanic). This position is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of equipment at our service shop. Level 3 or 4 Apprentices will be considered or those with similar experience at a dealership.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Apprenticeship trade training in Agricultural Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Truck and Transport, Automotive or similar trade experience would be an asset.

• Mechanical and/or computerized diagnostic skills
• Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic & electric schematics
