• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture and turf equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold high labour performance standards.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction rating by ensuring quality service delivery.
