Job summary

Richardson International invites applications for Agribusiness Summer Student positions at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Saskatchewan. You will support our teams to ensure efficient, profitable operations and excellent service to local farmers.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Agriculture degree or diploma with a strong interest in agronomy, plant science or soil science, plus a valid driver’s license. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of Agriculture.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Currently a student or graduate in Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Agriculture background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.
• Scout crops for weeds, disease and insects.
• Soil & tissue testing.
• Assist with the purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our farm customers.

We currently have opportunities for Agribusiness Summer Students at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Saskatchewan. Summer Students are responsible for providing support to our teams at Richardson Pioneer and for supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Ag Business Centres.

Responsibilities
