Main Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making
  • Guide sustainable cadence in product development
  • Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking
  • Learning from data and make decisions from it
  • Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders; identify and remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement
  • Drive organizational change and support teams to embrace a product mindset through their agile transformation journey
  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
  • Promote agile values, principles, and mindset across the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile practices in service of achieving business objectives
  • Develop best practices and templates for contracting with vendors providing Agile delivery services
  • Contribute to setup and ongoing improvement of Agile CoE’s training packages, service offerings and practices
  • Provide advice on process and structural changes at the organization level
  • Suggest organizational policies to support Agile ways of working
  • Document emergent operating model principles that aid in successful product discovery and hypothesis validation
About You

Required Qualifications

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
  • Track-record of success as an Agile Coach in complex environments
  • Experience in working in domain knowledge (e.g. knowledge of industry regulations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)
  • Proven participation in successful, global agile transformation

Technical Skills

  • Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
  • Understand the technology stack and be able to guide the team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage
  • Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries
  • Strong facilitation, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills
  • Experience with organization design and operating model considerations
  • Change management expertise

Soft skills

  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence
  • Be comfortable promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

$93,900.00 - $156,500.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the link.
