Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of software engineering and solution design experience.
Experience building AI-enabled/agentic production systems.
Fluency in Python and modular, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify where an agentic solution fits.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic systems using firm platforms.
Develop agent orchestration including task decomposition, tool integration, and state management.
Create evaluation frameworks with SMEs and define performance metrics.
Balance business value with technical feasibility and maintainability.
Embed governance, compliance, and auditability controls.
Support production with monitoring, observability, and release readiness.
Contribute reusable frameworks and best practices across engineering teams.
